Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Times:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–14 business days
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on select orders as indicated at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at support@koec.shop and we will investigate or send a replacement.
