RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@koec.shop with your order number.

Conditions:

  • Products must be at least 70% unused to qualify for a full refund.
  • Opened products that are more than 30% used may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
